Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive to coordinate patient and caregiver support programmes for a well-established non-profit healthcare organisation. You will plan engaging activities and work with healthcare and community partners to deliver meaningful programmes.

You’ll coordinate talks, workshops, outings, and logistics, design mailers, and support patient engagement with professionals and communities, including weekend activities with time-off-in-lieu as applicable.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in social sciences, communications, event management, psychology or related field.
• Experience coordinating programmes, events or community engagement.
• Strong stakeholder management and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regular support group talks, workshops and activities.
• Liaise with speakers and partners and schedule sessions.
• Organise outings and events and coordinate logistics.
• Design simple electronic direct mailers and publish across platforms.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community organisations on patient engagement.
• Provide administrative support for children and youth programmes.
• Support annual awards event planning and execution.
• Participate in community outreach to grow programme reach.
• Co-develop strategies to expand programme reach within schedule and budget.
• Maintain attendance records, feedback and programme reports.
