Job summary

Care Corner Singapore Ltd seeks a Senior Programme Executive to lead an Active Ageing Centre, driving strategic direction, programme innovation, and strong stakeholder engagement to benefit seniors 60+. Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work, Gerontology, Community Development, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in seniors' services or 3 years in supervisory/leadership roles.
• Leadership, team development, performance management, and change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership and centre management to deliver high-quality active ageing services.
• Design and oversee five AAP domains with measurable outcomes and quarterly events.
• Engage community partners and recruit seniors per AIC requirements.
• Lead, develop and mentor programme staff and volunteers.
• Manage budget, procurement, and funding opportunities.
• Maintain client data in Salesforce and generate KPI reports.
• Ensure compliance with MOH directives and PDPA.
