Job summary

ABER CARE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a dedicated programme coordinator to design and deliver eldercare activities for seniors. You will oversee logistics, engage trainers and volunteers, and foster trusted relationships with seniors, families, and partners.

Qualifications

• Min 2 year of relevant experience.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Working Hour: Weekdays, 9am to 6pm.

Responsibilities

• Design, strategize, and implement a dynamic calendar of daily, weekly, and monthly activities and social outings tailored to seniors.
• Oversee all operational logistics for seamless programme delivery, including venue setup, material preparation, and attendance tracking.
• Collaborate with external trainers, volunteers, and community partners to deliver specialized wellness sessions and workshops.
• Build and nurture strong, trusting relationships with seniors, their families, and community partners to foster a supportive environment.
• Liaise with corporations, volunteers, and agencies to enhance programme offerings and secure resources.
• Stay informed on community developments and integrate innovative measures to support ageing well.
• Conduct regular programme reviews and prepare detailed monthly reports for internal stakeholders and funders.
• Collect and analyze participant data and feedback to measure satisfaction, assess outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
• Support the development of grant proposals and outcome reports to secure funding and demonstrate programme value.
