Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Executive to coordinate cancer support groups, community activities, and programme administration.

You will work closely with healthcare professionals, community partners and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and participation across programmes. This role requires strong organisational skills and experience in community engagement, with involvement in budget planning and reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in community development, social work, psychology or related field.
• Experience in programme coordination, events, or community engagement.
• Strong organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities, schedules and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Cancer Support Group activities: plan monthly talks, manage speakers, logistics and communications.
• Coordinate Help-the-Children and Youth Programme: assist with student/tutor recruitment and ceremonies planning.
• Maintain records, attendance and regular communication to encourage engagement; prepare reports and budgets.
