Job summary

NTUC Health Co-operative Limited in Singapore seeks an Executive, Programme to support planning, implementation and evaluation of programmes for seniors and caregivers in the community care sector. You will work with internal teams, partners and volunteers to ensure smooth delivery, gather feedback, prepare materials and reports, and assist in care coordination.

Diploma or degree in related fields, 2 years of experience, strong communication, and proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft

Qualifications

Diploma or graduate in healthcare, gerontology, social work, psychology, public health, business, or related field.
At least 2 years of relevant healthcare or community care experience.
Strong customer service and communication skills with stakeholders.
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Support programme planning, coordination, delivery, and evaluation for seniors and caregivers.
Coordinate logistics, scheduling, procurement, and operational needs for programmes.
Engage seniors, caregivers, volunteers, and partners to drive participation.
Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates for management.
Assist in ground operations and stakeholder engagement activities.
