Job summary

Network For Electronic Transfers (S) in Singapore seeks an experienced Production Support Analyst to provide BAU support for the NETSQR system, including after-office and rotation-based activation from the Data Centre.

You will diagnose and resolve client issues, track tickets, perform trend analyses, and collaborate with the development team to implement enhancements and ensure system performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in production support environment.
• Strong Java J2EE stack knowledge.
• Experience with SQL scripting.
• Familiarity with Oracle/MySQL databases.
• Experience with ELK, Bash scripting.

Responsibilities

• Provide production BAU support for NETSQR system.
• Handle incident management, troubleshooting and resolution.
• Coordinate with development team for fixes.
• Generate trend analyses and capacity metrics.
• Participate in after-hours/support rotation.
