Senior Product Owner, Digital Growth Enablement

Job summary

Income is seeking a Product Owner in the Digital Growth Enablement team to translate business goals and user needs into clear product priorities, supporting delivery across digital distribution channels.

You will work with business and technical teams to manage the product backlog, validate outcomes, drive adoption and ensure experiences are customer-centred and compliant. This hybrid role is based in Singapore and focuses on growth across partners and customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/Business
• 1 to 2 years of working experience in the Insurance Industry, either in digital platform operations or IT aspect and/or 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in product management, product ownership, business analysis, digital delivery or a related role.
• Business-first mindset with responsibility for outcomes and revenue/adoption impact
• Experience supporting customer-facing digital products/servicing journeys
• Experience translating business needs into product requirements, priorities or a delivery backlog
• Experience with cross-functional teams through product development and delivery, and familiarity with Agile Scrum
• Knowledge of web technologies and APIs, with ability to engage technical teams
• Ability to use data and feedback to support product decisions
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial awareness and interest in growth, distribution and customer outcomes
• Proactive, organized and collaborative with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Translate business goals and user needs into clear product priorities.

• Collaborate with engineering, design and business teams to deliver roadmap capabilities.
