Job summary

Maybank Singapore is seeking a senior Product Owner to shape end-to-end digital financing and wealth journeys. You will drive adoption, conversion and digital sales while collaborating with business, technology, operations and risk teams to deliver secure, scalable digital banking solutions.

You will lead agile delivery from ideation through rollout, build compelling business cases, and manage stakeholders and vendors to ensure on-time value delivery.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant field and 8+ years in Banking, Digital Banking, Lending or Wealth Management.
• Experience as a Product Owner leading digital transformation initiatives.
• Track record launching digital journeys with measurable improvements in adoption and sales.
• Knowledge of secured lending and investment products and their digital journeys.
• Familiarity with MAS regulations and data privacy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, roadmap and priorities for Digital Financing and Wealth journeys.
• Develop proposals, business cases and impact assessments for senior stakeholders.
• Establish success metrics like adoption and digital sales; use data-driven insights to optimise outcomes.
• Lead Agile delivery from ideation to production rollout and adoption.
• Collaborate with Business, Technology, Operations, Risk and Compliance; manage vendors.
