NTT Singapore is seeking an experienced Digital Product Owner to support digital product and customer-journey initiatives for a leading financial institution in Singapore. You will act as the key bridge between business, technology, UX/UI, operations and other stakeholders, translating needs into clear product requirements and driving solutions that deliver measurable value.

This is a 12-month contract position based in Singapore (Changi).

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Business, IT, Digital, Engineering or related discipline.
• Relevant experience as Digital Product Owner/Product Manager/Business Analyst or similar.
• Experience managing product backlogs in Agile/Scrum.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Understanding of digital customer journeys and web/mobile applications.
• Knowledge of APIs, data flows and system integrations.
• Experience supporting UAT, production releases and post-production validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good stakeholder-management.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with objectives and digital strategy.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and actionable requirements.
• Define product features and end-to-end customer journeys before development begins.
• Collaborate with business, technology, UX/UI, QA and operations teams.
• Prioritise features based on customer impact, business value, and dependencies.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and provide timely product decisions.
• Lead UAT strategy, test planning and execution with test engineers.
• Review delivered functionality and grant product acceptance before release.
• Coordinate risks, issues, and dependencies across teams.
