Job summary

Income-Insurance-Limited is seeking a Product Owner in Digital Growth Enablement to support digital distribution capabilities for customers, advisers and partners. You will translate business goals into prioritized backlogs and work with engineering, design and business teams to deliver the roadmap and capabilities.

You will drive adoption, monitor performance and ensure digital experiences are customer-centred while meeting regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Degree in IT/Business
Experience in digital product delivery or ownership in insurance/financial services
Proven ability to translate business needs into product requirements and backlog
Familiarity with Agile Scrum and cross-functional delivery teams
Understanding of web services and system integrations
Ability to use data and insights to drive product decisions
Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management

Responsibilities

Support the definition of the product strategy and roadmap and translate it into deliverable capabilities.
Translate business goals and user needs into a clear, prioritised product backlog.
Collaborate with engineering, design and business teams to deliver the roadmap and capabilities.
Clarify product requirements, outcomes and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
Support product testing and validation to ensure capabilities meet user and business needs.
Coordinate with teams to support launch and operational readiness.
Monitor product performance and usage to identify improvement opportunities.
