Job summary

OCBC Bank in Singapore seeks a seasoned transformation professional to lead digital initiatives that enhance employee and customer experiences. You will collaborate with product owners to ideate, design, develop, and launch digital solutions while shaping cross-functional transformation programs.

You will re-engineer policies before digitalisation, advocate for user-centric design through usability studies, and drive change management to ensure adoption of new processes and tools.

Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years in software product development and business process re-engineering.
• Strong desire to build high-quality products and services.
• Confident communicator with the ability to influence change internally.
• Adaptable and resilient in ambiguous situations.
• Analytical mindset with eye for detail.
• Working knowledge of Agile development frameworks.
• Experience or exposure to front office roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Complement the existing Product Owners in the ideation, design, development, and launch of digital solutions to enhance employee/customer experience.
• Develop transformation strategy in various areas and work with cross-functional teams to manage the corresponding workstreams / projects.
• Re-engineer policies and processes before digitalisation and automation.
• Act as the voice of the customer, integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction.
• Develop and implement change management strategies and build strong relationships with users to facilitate smooth transitions during rollouts, ensuring adoption of new processes and tools.
• Advance the innovation and digital culture, manage the transformation actively and provide the right solutions without over-engineering.
