Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Product Owner to co-lead an Agile team and deliver a product roadmap aligned with regional investment product and advisory business growth. You will translate complex business processes into use-cases and maintain a prioritized backlog across platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years as business analyst, consultant, project manager, or product owner, preferably with wealth management systems and/or digital banking systems.
• Minimum 5 years in a banking environment, preferably private banking/wealth management.
• Able to work independently and proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Co-lead agile team as product owner to deliver the product road map and support business growth and strategy.
• Acquire understanding of business processes to articulate use-cases/user stories for features.
• Prioritise platform roadmaps against business needs and publish regularly.
• Engage stakeholders periodically to refine requirements and maximise product value.
• Collaborate with squad members to deliver wireframes, user journeys and backlog.
• Responsible for modification and enhancements of existing products addressing regulatory or market needs.
• Conduct market research on assigned industries/sectors and identify key players.
• Prepare presentation decks for senior management and organise inception workshops and management meetings.
• Identify and coordinate with stakeholders to prepare UAT test cases and review results; liaise with vendors for testing.
• Develop test scenarios and perform system testing based on plans.
• Report to: Chief Product Owner, Product Development.
