Job summary

TikTok is seeking a Senior Product Operation Manager for Video Recommendation and Safety to lead risk governance and safety initiatives within the Safety Product team. You will own metrics, roadmap, and cross-functional collaboration to safeguard content while preserving creator experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Familiarity with Trust & Safety operations, content governance, or risk management is preferred.
• Experience managing operational metrics and risk control strategies is valued.
• Strong empathy for creators and handling appeals helps.

Responsibilities

• Drive risk governance projects independently and define the safety operations roadmap.
• Design and optimize governance strategies for the recommendation phase.
• Monitor operational health using data analysis and deep dive into appeals cases.
• Collaborate with Recommendation Algorithm, Product and Policy to implement safety initiatives.
