Job summary

TikTok is seeking a senior AI/ML operations professional to lead content safety initiatives within the Platform Responsibility team. You will work on large model agents, enhance recall accuracy for risky content, and partner with Product, Engineering and Operations to drive governance and performance improvements.

You will apply LLM-based strategies, refine prompts, and design scalable systems for risk detection, while aligning with TikTok Community Guidelines and security compliance

Qualifications

• 3+ years in model operations or AI/ML operations.
• Experience leading community policy development with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with popular LLMs and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Conduct AI special projects for product R&D, annotate data, evaluate model iterations.
• Develop and standardise risk policy definitions across domains.
• Manage queue delivery, acceptance, customization and training.
• Establish an adjudication mechanism for internal risk cases.
• Design and optimize rule routing for LLM content safety and efficiency.
• Build and maintain AI content quality management and analytics.
