Job summary

TikTok's Trust & Safety platform team is seeking a Product Manager to lead end-to-end law enforcement response and legal process systems. You will translate regulatory and privacy requirements into scalable designs and collaborate with LEO, Legal, Engineering, and global partners.

You will design workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual steps, and ensure secure data handling, audits, and compliance. A background in Trust & Safety or risk, strong data analysis, and AI-enabled shipping

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product management experience with end-to-end product design and strong data analysis capabilities.
• Demonstrated track record in Trust & Safety, Risk, Integrity, Security, or closely related domains.
• Strong systems-thinking ability — experience designing products that integrate data signals, ML/automation, and human workflows.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for ambiguous, high-stakes risks.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence cross-functional partners.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for fast-moving, critical situations.

Responsibilities

• Drive product development for end-to-end Law Enforcement Response and legal process systems, including intake, authentication, review, routing, fulfillment, auditability, and reporting workflows.
• Stay informed on evolving regulatory, privacy, and law enforcement trends globally, translating requirements into scalable product designs and execution plans.
• Design and optimize workflow and case management systems to improve efficiency and consistency for internal teams.
• Partner with LEO, Legal, Engineering, and XFN to build globally compliant, scalable solutions; work with global operations to identify pain points and improve workflows.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation across law enforcement workflows, including triage, entity matching, reviewer assistance, and orchestration.
• Define product requirements and system behaviors for sensitive data access, audit logging, retention policies, and secure data delivery mechanisms.
• Define success metrics and monitoring to evaluate efficiency, SLA performance, automation, and compliance.
