TikTok Pte. Ltd. is seeking a LIVE safety product leader to own strategy for content protection and creator safety at scale. You will drive the LIVE safety roadmap from ideation to launch, partnering with engineering, data science, operations and policy teams.

You will define and monitor safety KPIs, use qualitative and quantitative data to identify risks and inform prioritization, and advocate for user trust and platform integrity in a fast-moving environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Info Security or related field.
• 3+ years in Trust & Safety, Platform Integrity, Risk Control or Abuse Prevention with at least 1 year of PM experience.
• Experience with LIVE or creator ecosystems or user-generated content platforms.
• Ability to define and own safety KPIs and use data to inform decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Own the product strategy for LIVE safety, building systems and features that protect content integrity and trust.
• Define and drive the LIVE safety product roadmap from ideation through iteration.
• Establish clear success metrics to measure safety effectiveness and user experience impact.
• Lead the full product lifecycle in collaboration with engineering, data science, operations and policy teams.
