About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Procurement Manager (Cruise Ships) to oversee the sourcing and purchasing of materials, components, and systems for cruise and marine projects. The ideal candidate will bring an established vendor network within the cruise or marine industry and have hands‑on experience managing suppliers, negotiations, and project‑based procurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full procurement cycle for cruise‑ship and marine projects.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for marine and cruise‑ship materials, equipment, and systems.
  • Utilize existing vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain and expand the company’s vendor database, ensuring long‑term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with project, engineering, and finance teams to meet project timelines and budget targets.
  • Conduct supplier evaluations, performance reviews, and market benchmarking.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures and quality standards.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize procurement processes and cost efficiency.
Requirements
  • 3 to 4 years of procurement experience in the cruise‑ship, marine, or offshore industry.
  • Must come with an existing vendor list and solid relationships with marine equipment and system suppliers.
  • Proven ability in vendor negotiations, cost management, and procurement planning.
  • Knowledge of cruise‑ship outfitting materials such as accommodation systems, galley, HVAC, and deck equipment.
