Job summary

OCBC Bank (Singapore) is seeking a Premier Relationship Manager to actively acquire and manage Premier Banking Offshore clients. You will develop relationships with affluent customers, perform consultative financial analysis, and drive growth while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years in banking sales, CMFAS certifications, and the ability to travel. You will collaborate with investment specialists and credit teams to provide integrated solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in banking/financial services.
• Experience covering the Vietnam market.
• Strong knowledge of banking products and investments.
• CMFAS certifications required.
• Excellent interpersonal and tele-consulting skills.
• Creative, meticulous, able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to travel for business.

Responsibilities

• Actively acquire and prospect Premier Banking Offshore customers and deepen relationships.
• Contribute to profit and growth targets of Premier Banking.
• Manage relationships with affluent customers with professional financial analysis.
• Up-sell, cross-sell and provide market information updates to clients.
• Ensure superior customer service and overall customer experience.
