Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a visionary Account Solution Engineer to join our Presales team. You will collaborate with business and technology leaders to articulate Salesforce value, drive multi-product solutions, and enable transformational outcomes for Enterprise clients across Malaysia and Singapore.

You will partner with Account Executives and Services teams to deliver tailored demonstrations, capture customer needs, and craft compelling business cases that accelerate adoption of Salesforce

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent technical discipline is required.
• Strong communication skills in Bahasa Melayu and English; ability to engage with clients and stakeholders across Malaysia and Singapore.
• Knowledge of related applications, relational databases and web technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage Enterprise organisations across a range of industries — particularly within the Malaysia territory — to understand their challenges and goals through focused discovery sessions and workshops.
• Align innovative strategies to technology solutions within complex accounts, partnering with clients and collaborating with internal teams to drive multi-product solutions across Salesforce product lines.
• Demonstrate Salesforce value through software demos and rapid prototyping to show connected experiences.
