Job summary

Salesforce.com Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Account Solution Engineer to join the presales team, driving business outcomes through Salesforce solutions. You will engage with business and technology leaders to articulate the value of Salesforce in digital transformation projects.

The role involves enterprise discovery, cross-functional solution engagements, and delivering customised demonstrations across multiple Salesforce product lines. Travel may be required within the region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent technical discipline.
• Experience evaluated based on core competencies for the role.
• Knowledge of related applications, relational databases and web technology.
• Strong oral and written communication in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• ,
• Solid presentation, collaboration and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team to solve technical problems in varied environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage Enterprise organisations across industries, focusing on Malaysia territory, via discovery sessions and workshops.
• Align innovative strategies to technology solutions within complex accounts and drive consensus across Salesforce product lines.
• Deliver business development, operations and IT strategy work, and conduct product demonstrations as trusted advisor.
• Solve business problems using research and assessment to define opportunities and next steps.
• Lead innovation management by guiding client decisions and governance processes.
