Hikrobot in Singapore is seeking a pre-sales engineer to support customers in logistics automation, e-commerce, and ERP-WMS solutions. You will research customer needs, craft technical proposals, demonstrate products, and respond to inquiries, while collaborating with sales and the technical team.

You will also gather customer feedback for product teams and help tailor solutions, with opportunities to train internal staff and external partners. Mandarin and travel readiness are preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor degree or above in computer, automation, or logistics preferred.
• At least 3 years in logistics automation, e‑commerce or ERP-WMS.
• Experience in solution design, technical consultation, and tender/project bidding.
• Able to analyze demand and design IT solutions for logistics, manufacturing storage, e-commerce, and related IT systems.
• Good communication; Mandarin preferred; willing to travel overseas.

Responsabilidades

• Provide pre-sales support: research customer demand, formulate technical proposals and tenders, explain technical solutions, demonstrate products, and answer inquiries.
• Assist sales to promote and sell products and problem solving solutions.
• Collect and feedback customer opinions on products and technology to the technical department.
• Develop solutions based on customer demand and assist engineers to implement them.
• Conduct technical training for internal sales, pre-sales and external partners.
