Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. seeks a technically oriented sales professional to support pre‑sales activities, perform feasibility checks, and justify ROI for customers in Singapore. You will deliver technical presentations, product trainings, and participate in customer visits and design reviews.

You will capture customer requirements, translate them into precise specifications, and provide feedback to product management and R&D to guide roadmap improvements.

Qualifications

• ITE / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automation or similar.
• Minimum 2–3 years in technically oriented sales roles.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in pre-sales activities: technical clarification, feasibility checks, cycle-time and energy calculations, ROI justification.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations, demos, and product trainings for customers, distributors, and internal staff.
• Participate in customer visits, line audits, and design reviews; capture requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Provide structured feedback from customers and applications to product management and R&D for roadmap and product improvements.
• Contribute to application notes, best-practice guidelines, and reference designs.
