Job summary

Akila in Singapore is seeking a technically strong consultant to drive pre-sales feasibility, risk mitigation, and seamless on-site delivery of automation projects. You will supervise on-site construction, configure platforms, and ensure deployments meet strict quality standards.

You will audit post-delivery architectures, convert experiences into playbooks, and support building management tech communications with customers for data interfaces and system integration.

Qualifications

• Presales and solution experience for BMS solutions (>3 years).
• Expert in Siemens WinCC and Honeywell Webs configuration.
• Proficient with Modbus, BACnet, MQTT, OPC UA (and private protocols).
• Familiar with energy management software interfaces from major brands.
• Strong IoT architecture knowledge and sensor commissioning.
• Background in electronics, automation, and communications.
• Experience in energy management operations or technical roles.
• IoT/AI project experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in pre-sales to vet proposals and de-risk projects.
• Own on-site delivery and quality control of deployments.
• Audit technical architecture and create playbooks for improvement.
• Consult on building management tech and data interfaces with customers on-site.
• Coordinate product team and on-site control system integration debugging.
