Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Engineer (Control Systems) to develop business opportunities in Singapore and deliver technical solutions for PLC, HMI and SCADA projects across multiple industries. You will prepare proposals, demonstrations and quotes, while maintaining a strong sales pipeline and building lasting relationships with key customers and engineering teams.

A Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics is required, with 2–3 years in a similar role;

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechatronics or related field.
• 2–3 years in a Sales Engineer/Application Engineer or similar technical sales role in industrial automation.
• Strong technical background in control systems (PLC, HMI, SCADA).
• Able to explain technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within Singapore.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to achieve/exceed targets.
• Deliver technical presentations, proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and manage full sales cycle from lead to order.
• Provide pre‑sales support including product demos and feasibility studies.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and engineering teams to align strategies.
