Job summary

SingHealth Group is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Assistant Manager in Pre-Operative & Admitting Services. The role involves supervising a team of Patient Service Associates to ensure smooth delivery of patient services, overseeing pre-operative scheduling and admissions, and contributing to departmental budgeting and policy reviews.

The position requires a degree and at least 2 years’ relevant experience, with SAP knowledge advantageous and a strong customer-service orientation.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline with at least 2 years’ relevant experience.
• Knowledge of SAP and/or prior experience in healthcare industry will be advantageous.
• Highly adaptable with a passion for providing excellent service.
• Team player with strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a team of Patient Service Associates to ensure seamless and efficient delivery of patient services.
• Oversee pre-operative scheduling and coordination and guide the patient admission process.
• Conduct budgeting and handle service feedback, review policies and procedures.
• Participate in quality improvement projects to enhance the department’s operations.
