Job summary

Public Service Division is seeking a policy administrator to formulate, review and implement CET policies and schemes. You will manage CET courses, liaise with MOE and SSG on reporting and funding, and coordinate with ITE Colleges on intake planning, trainer payments, and course evaluation.

You will also oversee the CET website and intake system, craft proposals, and engage trainers, students and stakeholders. Team-based work will support CET initiatives and projects.

Qualifications

• Experience handling administrative matters.
• Strong interpersonal skills and initiative.
• Independent worker with analytical and data processing skills.
• Effective writing and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in social media marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency in Power Automate and RPA or coding is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administer CET courses and formulate, review, and implement policies and schemes.
• Plan, implement and review policies and processes; liaise with MOE and SSG on reporting and funding matters.
• Work with ITE Colleges on intake planning, contracting and payment of trainers; course evaluation and feedback; publicity; procurement; audit and day-to-day functions.
• Oversee the CET website and intake application system; write and present proposals; correspond with trainers, students and stakeholders.
• Collaborate in teams to support ITE’s CET initiatives and projects.
