Job summary

GovTech in Singapore seeks a strategic policy planning professional to join the Training Planning and Programmes Development Division (TPPD) within the Skills and Workforce Development Agency. You will help shape CET policies and programmes that impact the public CET ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Formulate, plan, and review CET strategies, policies, and programmes.
Conceptualise strategy implementations and address challenges with targeted measures.
Draft submissions and papers or presentations to Senior Management.
Coordinate discussions with internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaboration.
Track progress, outcomes, and budgets; develop system enhancements.
Undertake additional duties to support divisional objectives.
