Job summary

Skills and Workforce Development Agency (Singapore) is seeking a strategic professional to lead the development and management of policies and programmes for the CET ecosystem. You will work across divisions and ministries to ensure policy success and stakeholder alignment.

You will formulate and implement policy strategies, engage with multiple stakeholders, and analyse data to demonstrate programme outcomes, with opportunities for contract extension or tenure permanency.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational policy planning and review work.
• Ability to translate broad problem statements into policies and identify key issues.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for reporting and papers.

Responsibilities

• Formulate, plan, and review strategies, policies, and programmes with relevant stakeholders.
• Conceptualise and implement strategies for policy/programme execution and mitigation of challenges.
• Draft submissions and presentations for Senior Management: communicate strategies and plans.
• Coordinate discussions with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation.
• Track progress and outcomes, gather data for reporting, oversee budgets and system enhancements.
• Undertake any other duties to support the division's strategic objectives.
