Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) in Singapore seeks a policy and CET course administrator to formulate, review and implement schemes across functional areas.

You will be responsible for administering CET courses, planning, implementing and reviewing policies and processes, liaising with MOE and SSG on reporting and funding matters, and working with ITE Colleges on intake planning, contracting and payment of trainers, course evaluation and feedback, publicity, procurement, audit and other

Qualifications

• Relevant administrative experience and strong interpersonal skills.
• Independent work style with analytical and data processing abilities.
• Effective writing and presentation skills; ability to work in teams.
• Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines; experience in social media marketing is a plus.
• Proficiency in Power Automate and RPA or coding will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Administer CET courses; plan, implement and review policies and processes.
• Liaise with MOE and SSG on reporting and funding matters.
• Coordinate intake planning, trainer contracts and payments, course evaluation and feedback.
• Oversee website and intake application system; write and present proposals.
• Correspond with trainers, students and stakeholders; support CET initiatives and projects.
