Job summary

TECHCOM SOLUTIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Junior PMO Analyst to support project governance, reporting, resource tracking, and project administration across multiple projects and programs. You will work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to maintain project plans and prepare status reports.

You will also track risks and issues, assist with audit and compliance activities, and ensure adherence to governance standards and processes used across the organization.

Qualifications

• Junior PMO Analyst role supporting governance, reporting, resource tracking and project administration.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and stakeholders to maintain project plans and prepare status reports.
• Assist in monitoring risks and issues and maintaining governance documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project management standards and governance processes.

Responsibilities
