Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented PMO / Project Coordinator to support project governance and delivery across multiple workstreams in Singapore. You will ensure adherence to the SDM framework, maintain project documentation, and assist project managers and business analysts in tracking delivery, risks, and issues.

You will coordinate governance meetings, update risk and issues logs, and prepare ad-hoc reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, or related field.
• Strong experience in PMO, project coordination, or project support roles.
• Experience supporting large-scale IT or digital transformation projects.
• Familiarity with project governance frameworks, SDLC/SDM processes, and reporting structures.
• Strong experience in risk, issue, and change management tracking.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills, including governance materials.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project tracking tools.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Experience supporting steering committee and governance meetings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to the customer's System Development Methodology (SDM)and project governance framework, including project cadence, reporting, and artefacts.
• Support the existing team of Project Managers and Business Analysts across multiple workstreams including delivery, integration, and testing activities.
• Compile and consolidate information from project delivery plans, status updates, risks, and issues for governance meetings such as PSC, PWC, and PWG.
• Maintain and regularly update the project risk and issues log (minimum monthly updates for PSC review).
• Coordinate with stakeholders to track, escalation, and drive resolution of risks and issues.
• Support the change management control process, including documentation and tracking of project changes.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and project documentation as required by project leadership and governance bodies.
• Ensure project documentation is maintained and aligned with governance standards and audit requirements.
