Job summary

UNISONEDGE CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Analyst to support the PMO across technology and business projects.

The role focuses on project tracking, governance, financial management, resource coordination, vendor management, reporting and stakeholder liaison. The successful candidate will collaborate with Project Managers, business stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors to ensure projects are monitored and delivered within scope, time, and budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in PMO, project management, project analysis or coordination.
• Strong experience in project tracking, governance, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience in project financial management including budget tracking and expense monitoring.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and monitoring deliverables and performance.

Responsibilities

• Support PMO activities across technology and business projects.
• Track project timelines, milestones and dependencies.
• Prepare regular project status reports and dashboards.
• Maintain RAID logs, action trackers and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate with Finance, PMOs and vendors on financial matters.
• Monitor resource allocation and vendor deliverables across workstreams.
• Support project governance meetings and follow-up on decisions.
