Job summary

Soitec in Singapore is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to own and run monthly payroll, from data validation to payslip release, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality across shift employees, technicians, engineers, professionals and managers.

The role requires strong knowledge of Singapore payroll legislation (CPF, SDL, IRAS AIS, MOM) and experience with Unit4 Prosoft. You will administer complex incentives and partner with HR and Finance to support payroll governance and audits.

Qualifications

• Payroll processing and controls across multiple employee groups.
• Ensure timeliness and confidentiality of payroll data.
• Experience with shift-based pay elements and complex incentives is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore payroll legislation and statutory obligations.

Responsibilities

• Handle entire employee lifecycle processes in payroll and HR operations.
• Provide payroll advisory and respond to queries to HR, Finance, Operations and employees.
• Maintain audit trails and support controls with accuracy and integrity.
