Job summary

NETS in Singapore is seeking an experienced Payroll & HR Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll processing and related HR activities. You will ensure CPF/IRAS compliance, prepare reconciliations, and deliver accurate payroll reports.

The role requires 6–8 years of payroll experience, strong Excel skills, and proficiency in Prosoft Unit4 HRMS. You will maintain confidential records and support process improvements within the HR team.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in HRM, Business Administration, Accounting, or related discipline.
• 6–8 years of relevant payroll experience in a medium to large organisation.
• Experience managing end-to-end payroll independently with Singapore payroll practices.
• Strong knowledge of CPF, IRAS regulations, MOM regulations, work passes, IR21 processing.
• Meticulous with attention to detail and data integrity.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, complex formulas).
• Experience using Prosoft Unit4 HRMS for payroll processing and reporting.
• Ability to analyse large datasets and generate payroll/headcount reports.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute end-to-end monthly payroll processing accurately and on time.
• Handle CPF, IRAS filings, NS claims, Government-Paid Leave claims.
• Prepare payroll reconciliations, variance analysis, and monthly payroll reports.
• Consolidate and analyse payroll, headcount, leave, and workforce data for management.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore Employment Act, CPF, IRAS, MOM regulations.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and audit trails with confidentiality.
• Assist HR operations: update employee records in HRIS and payroll systems; process leaves.
• Support payroll audits and governance controls.
