Responsibilities

• Handles calls and enquiries from General, Appointment, and QuitVape lines to provide information on IMH's services to patients and the public.
• Assists in scheduling appointments for patients and/or provides information related to appointments.
• Performs administrative other duties assigned by supervisor.
