Staff plays a crucial role in facilitating patient care and administrative functions, ensuring calls/enquiries are timely received and providing efficient services while maintaining a high standard of customer service.To attend to patients (include registration, scheduling of appointment and payment collection) and address enquiries from patients and members of public via the General Enquiry line, Appointment line and Quit Vape Helpline.
