Job summary

SingHealth Group is looking for a Senior/Patient Service Associate for the Call Centre Shared Services on a contract basis in Singapore. You will handle inquiries from patients, family members and the public via calls, emails, faxes and live chats, supporting appointment-related matters and radiology scheduling.

You will resolve complaints, collect statistics, and work as part of a team to provide courteous, timely, and professional service over the phone.

Qualifications

• At least Higher NITEC/ NITEC/ GCE N/ O/ A Levels.
• Prior experience in service industry will be an advantage.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Ability to engage people over the phone in a courteous, timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Attend to calls, faxes, emails and other interactions from patients, family members, the public and SingHealth staff.
• Assist with rescheduling and cancellation of Radiology appointments.
• Review patient appointments for Specialist Outpatient Clinic consults to the Central Appointment Call Centres.
• Handle and resolve complaints and feedback.
• Collect and collate calls information and statistics where required.
