Job summary

SingHealth Group is seeking a Call Centre Associate to manage appointment calls and general enquiries from the public and patients with high service standards. You will also handle feedback, inform callers about consultation rates and medical packages, and liaise with other departments on call centre procedures.

The role includes supporting the supervisor, and performing administrative tasks such as maintaining staff leave records and conducting monthly performance audits.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline is required.

Responsibilities

• Answer and manage appointment calls and general enquiries from members of the public and patients with high service quality and standards.
• Assist to answer calls and provide one-stop information and assistance to callers when required.
• Handle feedback from patients and resolve service-related incidents; advise on rates of consultations and medical packages.
• Liaise with other departments on Call Centre Services and procedures; assist Supervisor in formulating and implementing department processes.
• Perform administrative duties including preparing and maintaining staff leave records, monthly performance audits, and disseminating information to staff.
