Job summary

SingHealth is seeking a customer service professional to manage multi-channel inquiries from patients and the public in Singapore. You will assist with appointment related matters, including rescheduling and cancellation of Radiology and Specialist Outpatient Clinic appointments, and help collect call data as required.

We value a courteous, timely and professional manner, team spirit, and the ability to engage people by phone.

Qualifications

• Experience in service industry is a plus.
• Good communication over phone.
• Able to engage people politely.

Responsibilities

• Handle calls, faxes, emails, live chats and other interactions.
• Assist with rescheduling/cancelling Radiology appointments and review Specialist Outpatient Clinic appointments.
• Assist with collecting and compiling call data/statistics and feedback as required.
