The Singapore National Eye Centre is seeking a dedicated Senior Patient Service Associate to support day-to-day operations and ensure a compassionate, patient-centered experience. You will act as a main point of contact for patients, coordinating referrals, billing inquiries, and administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.

You will join a backend team focused on delivering efficient service, collaborating with doctors, nurses, and pharmacists.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn clinic and healthcare systems.

• Ability to work half-day on Saturdays.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Prior healthcare or customer service experience is an advantage.
