As the first touchpoint for patients, you will play a vital role in creating a seamless, welcoming, and positive clinic experience. You will support day‑to‑day clinic operations while delivering efficient, compassionate, and patient‑centred service.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Registration & Appointments
  Manage patient registration, schedule appointments, and ensure accurate data entry.
• Billing & Enquiries
  Handle billing, payments, and patient enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Referrals & Coordination
  Facilitate referrals, follow‑up arrangements, and ensure timely coordination of patient care.
• Service Excellence
  Manage patient feedback, support service recovery efforts, and uphold service standards.
• Clinic Operations Support
  Assist in daily clinic operations, administrative tasks, and workflow processes to ensure smooth clinic functioning.
