Job summary

KOI THE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Outlet Operations Manager to oversee assigned outlets, coordinate training, and drive performance across locations.

You will lead operational planning, monitor sales, manage expenses, and work with management to develop scalable SOPs and processes that support growth and service standards. Qualifications

• Degree preferred; candidates with relevant management experience may be considered.
• Strong time management and organizational skills are required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with employees at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage assigned outlets, including operational planning, manpower planning and overall outlet performance.
• Complete intensive operational training at designated outlets within the stipulated timeline, including shift work as required.
• Assist Management in establishing and developing operating policies, systems and processes to support growth and scalability.
• Monitor and drive the sales performance of assigned outlets, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans.
• Attend regular operational meetings to review performance and address issues.
• Conduct regular Outlet Examinations and training programmes to assess standards and promote readiness.
• Participate in investigations relating to customer complaints and corrective actions.
• Review performance of Store Managers and outlet employees and implement improvements.
• Monitor operating expenses and inventory usage for cost control and efficiency.
• Develop, motivate and retain staff to support career development and performance standards.
• Provide operational support, including manpower and urgent needs.
• Lead or support projects such as new product testing, supplier management and POS training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
