THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking two Assistant Outlet Manager to join our Singapore team. You will oversee daily store operations, drive sales, and maintain exceptional customer service while managing shift work.

The role requires strong leadership, weekend work, and adherence to SOPs and hygiene standards. You will coach staff and ensure a high-quality guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Hospitality or related fields preferred.
• Preferably 2 years’ managerial experience in F & B – cafes / restaurants / similar capacity.
• Able to work on weekends / public holidays

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations with focus on sales, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
• Lead and train front and back of house teams.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, regulations, and hygiene standards.
