Job summary

RESTAAI PTE. LTD. invites an experienced Outlet Manager to own the daily operations of our Singapore outlet, driving performance, customer experience, and food-safety compliance.

You will lead the team, manage end-to-end opening-to-closing activities, and use data to improve results. This hands-on role suits a strong operator who can work on the floor during peak periods and deliver on commercial targets. Qualifications

• 3–5 years in F&B/restaurant management, including hands-on opening of an outlet
• Familiar with Singapore restaurant setup — renovation, M&E, SFA licensing and SCDF fire safety
• Proven ability to run ongoing daily operations after opening — sales, cost control, team and compliance
• Experience managing frontline staff and owning full outlet daily operations (not a single shift)
• Knowledge of rostering, inventory, POS, service standards, and outlet performance metrics
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, public holidays and peak periods

Responsibilities

• Own outlet operations end-to-end from opening to closing
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling and coaching of staff
• Maintain product quality, service speed, hygiene and brand standards
• Ensure compliance with SFA hygiene, licensing and safety requirements
• Manage inventory, ordering, FIFO, stock takes and supplier quality
• Coordinate with mall management, contractors, vendors and internal teams
• Implement SOPs and drive improvements based on data and observations
• Support new-outlet setups and pre-opening activities
