HRNET VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee multi-outlet restaurant operations in Singapore.

The role focuses on driving business performance and delivering high standards of operational excellence and customer service. The candidate will manage daily operations across multiple brands, develop strategies to improve profitability, and lead a team of Area Managers, Restaurant Managers, and service staff to ensure consistent service and food safety across

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of F&B management experience.
Experience with multi-outlet operations.
Strong knowledge of P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost management.
Proven leadership and people management skills.
Experience in new outlet openings is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurant outlets and brands.
Manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost control to achieve targets.
Develop strategies to drive sales, profitability and operational efficiency.
Plan and coordinate new outlet openings and expansion initiatives.
Establish and maintain SOPs, service standards, food safety and operational procedures.
Monitor service quality, handle customer feedback and implement corrective actions.
Lead, coach and develop Area Managers, Restaurant Managers, Supervisors and service teams.
