Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or related field.
• 5 years of working experience in hospitality/related field.
• Preferably specializing in Hospitality/F&B/Restaurant Service.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resilient and able to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee operations for client accounts, ensuring service excellence.
• Develop and implement operational plans aligned with objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with the client as a key contact for operations.
• Conduct regular business and performance reviews with management and client.
• Monitor budgets, cost management and financial performance.
• Track KPIs and guest satisfaction, driving continuous improvement.
• Lead and develop the operations team with coaching and support.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, service delivery and guest experience.
• Promote food safety, workplace safety, compliance and risk management.
• Implement new programmes and operational projects for the client.
• Submit accurate operational, financial and performance reports.
