Paradox Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive to coordinate and supervise daily hotel operations across F&B, Front Office and Security, supporting the Senior Operations Manager. The role blends hands-on involvement with supervisory leadership to uphold guest service standards.

You will monitor service delivery, ensure hygiene and safety, manage check-ins, event setups, and incident responses while contributing to training and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across F&B, Front Office and Security to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Oversee service delivery, housekeeping/hygiene standards, and event setups.
• Collaborate with Culinary and F&B teams to maintain timely communication and readiness.
• Manage check-in/check-out, VIP arrivals, and guest requests with hospitality excellence.
• Supervise security shift activities, safety drills, and incident response procedures.
• Prepare operational reports and ensure SOPs, brand guidelines and health & safety compliance.
• Assist with training and onboarding of new staff and conduct OJT where needed.
• Support management with priority tasks and continuous workflow improvements.
