• Prepare shipping documents for air-freight and sea-freight.
• Liaise between officers, agents and clients for timely delivery.
• Coordinate with permit declarants for Singapore Customs documentation.
• Verify vendors’ invoices and agents' debit notes.
• Arrange payments to co-loaders and carriers.
• Track orders and ensure payment terms are adhered to.
• Provide timely internal/external customer service on shipment status.
• Declare daily cargo clearance and export permits via TradeWeb.
• Maintain permit records.

Job Descriptions:

• Preparing shipping documents and air-freight / sea-freight documentation

• Liaise between officers, agents and clients to make sure timely delivery arrangement

• Coordinate with permit declarants for The Custom's documentation

• Verifying vendors’ invoices & agents' debit notes

• Arrangement of payments to co-loaders and carrier

• Keep track of orders and ensure payment terms are being adhere

• Deliver timely and exceptional internal/external customer service related to shipment status/coordination

• Declaration of daily cargo clearance/export permits through tradeweb

• Maintenance of permit records

Requirements

• Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or related discipline

• Minimum 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry

• Experience in freight forwarding industry preferred

• Good knowledge of import/export processes and Singapore Customs documentation

• Singapore Customs Competency Test for Declarants certification will be an added advantage

• Responsible, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team
