Job summary

Red Hat, Inc. is seeking an OpenShift Senior Specialist Solutions Architect (SSA) focused on AI in Singapore.

You will remove barriers to enable OpenShift as the platform for AI workloads, lead architecture walkthroughs, run workshops, and deliver deep-dive engagements with executive and engineering teams. You will collaborate with product and engineering teams to test features, create demos, and develop reusable sales assets while partnering with sales and customer success to ensure excellent

Qualifications

• Experience in sales engineering or consulting for enterprise accounts.
• Deep knowledge of OpenShift and Application Services or related Red Hat products.
• Ability to interpret business problems and present technical solutions clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver deep-dive presentations, custom demos, workshops and POCs.
• Provide pre-sales support and contribute to written proposals.
• Act as technical liaison to Product BUs and partner ecosystems.
• Lead architecture walkthroughs and AI workloads on OpenShift.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success and consulting teams to ensure customer success.
