Job summary

Red Hat Consulting is seeking a Senior Consultant to join in Singapore, supporting the ASEAN region. You will lead medium to large project teams, promote Red Hat solutions, and ensure high-quality customer deliverables across multiple projects.

You will mentor others and act as a trusted advisor to customer teams, aligning requirements with Red Hat capabilities and platform governance. You will design and deploy OpenShift AI architectures, manage AI workloads, and implement enterprise agentic AI

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a consulting, solution architecture, or technical advisory role.
• Strong expertise in MLOps practices, including model training and fine-tuning, deployment, monitoring, governance, and lifecycle management.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, Hugging Face, or similar technologies.
• Proven experience designing and operationalizing enterprise Generative AI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, embedding models, and knowledge graphs.
• Experience in enterprise Agentic AI solutions using multi-agent frameworks, workflow orchestration, planning, memory, tool integration, and AI agent governance.
• Hands-on experience with Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar.
• Experience implementing the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, data sources, and business systems.
• Experience developing secure, scalable, and governed AI solutions with enterprise authentication, authorization, observability, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience implementing enterprise AI platform capabilities, including model serving, experiment tracking, model registries, feature stores, and inference optimization.
• Strong knowledge of GPU infrastructure, AI accelerators, and workload scheduling technologies for high-performance AI environments.
• Experience integrating AI platforms with cloud-native services across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Knowledge of data engineering principles, including data pipelines, feature engineering, data governance, and data quality for AI workloads.
• Proven leadership in AI, data, and platform modernization initiatives, with the ability to define technical strategy and deliver enterprise-scale transformations.
• Strong customer-facing skills, including the ability to lead technical workshops, present AI strategies, and advise customers on enterprise AI adoption.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to open-source AI/ML communities or projects is highly desirable.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms such as Red Hat AI, Red Hat OpenShift AI, NVIDIA AI Enterprise, Kubeflow, MLflow, KServe, or equivalent technologies is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Red Hat OpenShift AI platform architecture for clients in Singapore and ASEAN.
• Deploy and manage AI workloads on Red Hat OpenShift container platforms.
• Design and implement enterprise agentic AI solutions using multi-agent frameworks, workflow orchestration, planning, memory, tool integration, and AI agent governance.
• Win client confidence through discovery, analysis, and design workshops shaping architecture decisions.
• Act as trusted advisor to Red Hat and customer resources.
• Deliver workshops, architecture reviews, and knowledge transfer to customer teams.
• Mentor junior consultants and customer engineers.
• Engage in pre-sales activities including scoping, technical proposals, solution demos, and architectural reviews.
• Contribute to Red Hat’s internal methodologies, playbooks, reference architectures, and consulting assets.
• Stay current with AI, Kubernetes, platform engineering, and open-source trends and incorporate into solutions.
